So we have been successful in taking on this property in the Heart of Hounslow.
Why do I think this is a good buy, Well have a look at the location! then have a look at the regeneration plan for the surrounding area of this flat.

can we add value here??? Subject to Planning permission of course … possibly …
Its on he market with Sherwoods Estate Agent in Feltham
Now … I think this is one you have to go view and see for yourself…but by looking at the floor plan and then comparing it to a 3 bed house with a similar floor plan which is also on the market which the link is below, I think on paper it will work….
